My Mission

My mission is to help others like me who also felt lost and alone on their spiritual journey , gain some footing and wisdom to continue forward. 

My Approach

My best work is done in regular chat sessions with  individuals to listen to their story, help them with the next steps and encourage them along the way without guilt or punishment . Then they feel safe to  discuss what their heart truly desires for themselves. The imagination is powerful enough to create movement and manifestation this way .
I find cookie cutter speeches, blog posts, informative videos and other content to be helpful but often fall short at giving people specific information they can apply to their own lives . If I can make individual sessions an affordable option it is really more beneficial for me and the client.  Sessions are by appointment: 45 minutes for $40 . Once a week or every two weeks are optimal to keep the conversation flowing 😊

I recommend a licensed mental health professional or therapist if you are experiencing depression, anxiety or other mental health related symptoms in conjunction with spiritual awakening coaching, they work hand in hand. Along with nutritional counseling and chiropractic services. My approach is centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.
